Institutional licensing for government agencies, councils, international institutions, Indigenous organisations and multilateral programmes whose deployment, governance and procurement needs go beyond a standard Enterprise licence. The same commercial valuation principles apply in every jurisdiction.
A New Zealand council licence may typically be scoped around NZ$120,000 to NZ$150,000 annually, depending on organisational scale and contracted requirements — an indicative commercial target, not a guaranteed package. Specific deliverables, support levels and AI processing allowances are confirmed by individual contract.

Used for successful chargeable AI-generated outputs. A standard PCA consumes one credit, with the agreed price shown before generation — and downloading a completed report never consumes another.
Software licensing
Contracts access to the platform, your workspace and applicable organisational capabilities — from individual self-service to Professional, Organisation, Enterprise and institutional licences.
Implementation and configuration
Additional technical and institutional work required for your deployment — jurisdictional and knowledge configuration, onboarding and training. Quoted as a one-time project for institutional licences.
Professional services
Separately commissioned work: Professional Assessment Review, comprehensive Cultural Impact Assessments and specialist advisory. A comprehensive CIA is a substantive engagement — often around 80 pages — individually quoted.
A comprehensive Cultural Impact Assessment is never represented as a one-credit preliminary assessment — it is a separately quoted professional engagement. And a completed report can be downloaded as many times as you need, without generating another AI-processing charge.

Pricing reflects the scale of deployment, regulatory jurisdictions, organisational requirements, AI processing, knowledge governance, implementation and support. Government and international arrangements are individually contracted.
Our New Zealand pricing establishes the commercial value of the platform. The same valuation principles apply internationally — an international proposal may cost more because of genuine additional requirements of the deployment, never simply because a customer's currency is stronger. New Zealand pricing is a reference point and a foundation, not a discount or a ceiling.

What an institution contracts for
An annual software licence

Additional usage or specialist services

Annual licensing fees, one-time implementation or localisation projects and additional contracted usage are each priced and disclosed separately in your proposal. Proposals may be quoted in NZD, USD, EUR, AUD or another agreed currency. No fixed international rate card is published, and no sovereign or on-premises infrastructure is promised beyond what is expressly agreed in your proposal.

PCA generation runs on ManaReview.ai credits — NZ$20 per standard credit, NZ$200 per 10 credits — with the agreed price always shown before generation. Credits suit occasional users; licence allowances suit teams with regular volumes.
One credit, one standard PCA
A standard, successfully generated Preliminary Cultural Assessment consumes one credit — subject to final approval.
Generated reports and downloads are different things
The number of reports you generate consumes credits. Downloading an already generated completed report does not — download a completed report as many times as you need, at no additional credit.
Regeneration, disclosed first
A new or substantive regeneration of an assessment may require another credit — the agreed price is always shown before you generate.
Complex, multi-document cases
More complex document processing may require additional credits according to an approved, disclosed rule — shown before generation, never a surprise charge.

Extra credits are NZ$20 each and can be purchased at any time — our team arranges packs within one business day.

Subscriptions have defined usage allowances. Unlimited AI generation is not included in any plan.
Credit carry-forward, renewal and expiry arrangements are confirmed with you in your licence terms. Recurring credit purchases, automatic replenishment and subscription billing are in development.
