ManaReview.ai — Environmental Decision Intelligence Software

AI-Powered Environmental & Indigenous Decision Intelligence

ManaReview.ai is a Māori-led technology platform supporting environmental assessment, regulatory analysis, cultural impact assessment and institutional decision-making across jurisdictions.

Mana Review AI serves Indigenous governments, iwi and hapū, environmental consultancies, regulatory authorities, government institutions, research institutions and international development organisations.

For Iwi and Hapū

Every consent, infrastructure proposal and development project contains signals. Mana Review AI helps iwi identify cultural and environmental risk earlier, strengthen engagement and negotiation, retain institutional knowledge and recognise credible opportunities for participation and economic value.

Protect Value. Find Value. Retain Value.

Protect Value: Identify risks, effects, evidence gaps and strategic issues earlier. Find Value: Recognise credible opportunities in monitoring, restoration, procurement, workforce development, services and partnerships. Retain Value: Keep knowledge, precedent, decisions and organisational intelligence within the organisation.

The Wrap-Around Service

Review: AI-supported review of complex environmental and development information. Interpret: Cultural, environmental, regulatory and strategic interpretation. Respond: Support for assessment pathways, engagement, negotiation, mitigation, monitoring and next steps. Recognise Opportunity: Where credible and appropriate, identify potential participation, service, procurement, capability, partnership or strategic opportunities.

Indigenous AI Governance

The deployment of artificial intelligence in environmental, cultural and governance contexts requires careful, culturally grounded oversight. Mana Review AI provides Indigenous AI governance advisory for boards, government agencies and iwi leadership.

Ancient Intelligence

Ancient Intelligence explores what living systems, Indigenous knowledge and older systems of thought can teach us about intelligence, authority, responsibility and the technologies we are creating. Ancient Intelligence is the connected intellectual and research platform. Mana Review AI is the primary commercial business.

Government & International · Institutional Licensing

The fifth category.

For government agencies, councils, international institutions, Indigenous organisations and multilateral programmes whose deployment, governance and procurement needs go beyond a standard Enterprise licence.

Institutional licensing from NZ$120,000 annually, with larger contracts priced by proposal. Quoted in NZD, USD, EUR, AUD or another agreed currency. Every deliverable, support level and AI processing allowance is confirmed by individual contract. New Zealand prices exclude GST.

Who it serves

Procurement-grade deployment.

Government & International licensing is a common institutional entry benchmark. It can apply to New Zealand government agencies and comparable overseas institutions — with the same commercial valuation principles applied in every jurisdiction.

A New Zealand council licence may typically be scoped around NZ$120,000 to NZ$150,000 annually, depending on organisational scale and contracted requirements. This is an indicative commercial target, not a guaranteed package for every council.

This category is designed for the scale and procurement standards of development institutions and multilateral programmes, including prospective organisations such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). References to prospective organisations indicate the scale we design for — they do not imply any existing contract, endorsement or partnership.

Scope

What an institutional licence may involve.

Larger authorised user groups

Multiple departments or participating entities

Multiple regulatory jurisdictions

Defined institutional PCA processing allowances

Institution-specific environmental and regulatory knowledge

Custom institutional configuration

Advanced organisational governance requirements

Implementation and training

Dedicated or enhanced support arrangements

Additional contractual assurance requirements

Specific deliverables, support levels and AI processing allowances are confirmed by individual contract. Features in development are never presented as standard inclusions.

Pricing methodology

One commercial valuation, everywhere.

ManaReview.ai offers institutionally scoped licensing in New Zealand and internationally. Pricing reflects the scale of deployment, regulatory jurisdictions, organisational requirements, AI processing, knowledge governance, implementation and support. Government and international arrangements are individually contracted.

The same commercial valuation principles apply in New Zealand and internationally. Our New Zealand pricing establishes the commercial value of the platform. An international proposal may cost more because of genuine additional requirements of the deployment — never simply because a customer's currency is stronger. New Zealand pricing is a reference point and a foundation, not a discount or a ceiling.

Why international proposals may cost more

  • Local legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Country-specific environmental and planning information
  • Indigenous peoples' knowledge and governance arrangements
  • Additional jurisdictional research and configuration
  • Local language and reporting requirements
  • Custom security and data governance
  • Data residency or sovereign deployment, where technically feasible and expressly agreed
  • Additional service and support commitments
  • Larger contracted AI processing volumes
  • Complex institutional procurement and implementation

What an institution contracts for

01

An annual software licence

Institutionally scoped access to the platform, contracted users and teams, and a defined institutional PCA processing allowance.

02

An implementation or localisation project

A separately priced one-time project — jurisdictional and knowledge configuration, onboarding and training where required for your deployment.

03

Additional contracted usage or specialist services

Larger AI processing volumes, professional assessment reviews, comprehensive CIAs and advisory — added by agreement as your programme grows.

Annual licensing fees, one-time implementation or localisation projects and additional contracted usage are each priced and disclosed separately in your proposal. Proposals may be quoted in NZD, USD, EUR, AUD or another agreed currency. No dedicated cloud infrastructure, regional hosting, certification, local office or on-premises deployment is promised beyond what is expressly agreed in your contract.

Knowledge configuration

Site-specific knowledge, governed properly.

The platform applies the relevant regional, district and national planning contexts to individual applications — so each assessment reflects the rules and policy that actually govern the site, not a generic national summary.

Site-specific iwi and hapū territorial identification — particularly where areas of interest overlap — requires verified data and appropriate cultural governance. Where supported, this is delivered as a configurable institutional capability. Where further implementation is necessary, it is scoped as a development requirement in your proposal.

GIS integration is not currently available and is not offered as an institutional entitlement.
