ManaReview.ai — Environmental Decision Intelligence Software

AI-Powered Environmental & Indigenous Decision Intelligence

ManaReview.ai is a Māori-led technology platform supporting environmental assessment, regulatory analysis, cultural impact assessment and institutional decision-making across jurisdictions.

Mana Review AI serves Indigenous governments, iwi and hapū, environmental consultancies, regulatory authorities, government institutions, research institutions and international development organisations.

For Iwi and Hapū

Every consent, infrastructure proposal and development project contains signals. Mana Review AI helps iwi identify cultural and environmental risk earlier, strengthen engagement and negotiation, retain institutional knowledge and recognise credible opportunities for participation and economic value.

Protect Value. Find Value. Retain Value.

Protect Value: Identify risks, effects, evidence gaps and strategic issues earlier. Find Value: Recognise credible opportunities in monitoring, restoration, procurement, workforce development, services and partnerships. Retain Value: Keep knowledge, precedent, decisions and organisational intelligence within the organisation.

The Wrap-Around Service

Review: AI-supported review of complex environmental and development information. Interpret: Cultural, environmental, regulatory and strategic interpretation. Respond: Support for assessment pathways, engagement, negotiation, mitigation, monitoring and next steps. Recognise Opportunity: Where credible and appropriate, identify potential participation, service, procurement, capability, partnership or strategic opportunities.

Indigenous AI Governance

The deployment of artificial intelligence in environmental, cultural and governance contexts requires careful, culturally grounded oversight. Mana Review AI provides Indigenous AI governance advisory for boards, government agencies and iwi leadership.

Ancient Intelligence

Ancient Intelligence explores what living systems, Indigenous knowledge and older systems of thought can teach us about intelligence, authority, responsibility and the technologies we are creating. Ancient Intelligence is the connected intellectual and research platform. Mana Review AI is the primary commercial business.

Enterprise

Built for institutions.

For larger iwi authorities, regional organisations, consultancies, infrastructure organisations, governments and institutions operating across teams, rohe and jurisdictions.

From NZ$7,800 per month, or from NZ$78,000 per year prepaid — scoped to your institution, with a starting allowance of 1,200 standard PCA credits per year (100 per month). Contracted user numbers and teams are specified in your proposal. All prices in NZD, excluding GST.

Why Enterprise

What changes at institutional scale.

Organisation licences serve a single team well. Enterprise is for institutions whose work spans teams, territories and accountabilities.

Multiple teams and authorised units

Operate several teams, business units or mandated entities within one deployment — each with defined organisational boundaries.

Multi-rohe and multi-jurisdictional coverage

Consistent assessment methodology across several regional and district council territories, and across jurisdictions.

Organisation-specific knowledge and policy configuration

Your organisation's knowledge base, regulatory context and policy settings configured to how you work.

Controlled reporting and user permissions

Defined data governance and access controls — who sees what, and what reporting reaches which level of your institution.

Custom onboarding and implementation

Implementation, onboarding and training specified in your proposal, delivered with your teams.

Defined support arrangements

Named support contacts and defined response arrangements, agreed in writing as part of your licence.

Larger contracted allowances

Contracted PCA processing allowances sized to your volumes, with additional credits or larger packages available by agreement.

A worked example

One institution, many territories.

Consider an organisation that operates across several regional and district council jurisdictions. Each territory brings its own planning documents, policy statements, statutory references and consenting practice.

Under an Enterprise licence, that organisation works from one platform with a single, consistent assessment methodology — while the regulatory context for each territory is configured to that territory. Teams are organised into authorised units with their own boundaries and reporting. Managers see controlled, organisation-level reporting across the full operation.

The result: earlier identification of cultural and environmental issues, consistent quality across every territory, institutional knowledge retained in one place, and decisions made from the same evidence base at every level of the organisation.

Security & governance

Confidentiality is built in, not bolted on.

Each organisation controls its own information — cultural knowledge is never aggregated across users or used to train shared models without explicit consent.

Platform access follows authentication and the completion of required confidentiality and licence agreements during onboarding.

Defined data governance and access controls are scoped in your proposal — who sees what, and what reporting reaches which level.

The platform is hosted on New Zealand infrastructure. Data does not leave the country.

Request an Enterprise proposal.

Tell us how your institution works — teams, territories, volumes and accountabilities — and we will scope a licence structure and proposal to match. One business day response.

Institutions with broader deployment, governance or procurement requirements may be better served by Government & International licensing.
